Private room in a large apartment with a small kitchen and shared bathroom available in the Old Northwood Historic District of West Palm Beach. The apartment is shared with two cats who don't understand personal boundaries so someone with allergies would not do well. There is a pool and we are close to an artsy funky area with lots of resturants, coffee shops and artsy stores. No smoking or drinking.
