Townhouse is right next to birkdale and a lot of other stores. In my opinion the place is pretty nice for 850 rent. We have a dishwasher, breakfast bar, back patio, fast WiFi, parking and……. Just a sofa downstairs. I do apologize. if u got your own tv or furniture and wanna put it downstairs I’m okay with that and if you don’t then no worries I’ll eventually get more furniture and a tv. When it comes to security I have a ring doorbell and smart lock. I’m also okay with smoking in da house 🍁. Im pretty chill. I’ll keep to myself if that makes you comfortable but if you want someone to hang out with or talk to I can also do that👍.
