Hi I’m 25 I work at the Avalon. Looking for a roommate short notice. I pretty much work all the time and occasionally have a friend or too come over. So you pretty much wont see me except to make a fridge run. The base rent is $1378(water and gas connected to rent so will vary $100-200),Comcast internet is installed already $69, and the insurance is $22. There is always parking and it’s a gated complex with key fob to get in. The area is great 3mins from Northpoint mall and 10 from the Avalon. I’ve been here for 2m now and I love it very modern apartment w/ huge kitchen. My half is usually $750-850 for everything. Old roommate is moving for work. Room and bathroom unfurnished but private access.
