I'm looking for a room to use primarily as a commuter base 2-3 nights a week. Since I spend the rest of my time at my other home, I’ll be a very low-impact roommate. I keep minimal belongings here and won't be hosting guests or parties.
Regarding lifestyle, I'm very tidy in my private space and easygoing about common areas. However, I am quite diligent about kitchen hygiene; I always clean utensils and dispose of food waste immediately to keep the space fresh and odor-free. I'm looking for a quiet, respectful environment to rest during my work week!
