Ehson - $3,000/month

Hello,

My name is Ehson, i'm 29, British and I work at a Big 4 accountancy firm (though I like to think that's not the most interesting fact about me).

I moved to NYC from London a year ago, and my lease is coming up at my first apartment (a beautiful new build in LES, which I shared with a roommate), and thus looking for a new place to move into. Ideally in Brooklyn (preference for Williamsburg, Greenpoint or Bushwick) or downtown Manhattan, but would be flexible for the right place. I could also extend at the current apartment, so open to finding the right roommate too.

A bit about me - I'm an easy-going person, and i'm into sports (mainly soccer, but I guess 'football' is starting to grow on me too..), going out for drinks, cooking at home, chilled netflix nights in, etc. I'm a very tidy person and finding a place where the flatmates are like-minded is important.

Ideally looking for a place with similar people who are up for socialising / chilling together etc, but that also do stuff with their own individual friends groups too. I would ideally be looking for a place for 12 months, and can be somewhat flexible in the move in date, but broadly would be looking to move-in around the end of October.
