Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to join my 2BR (2 true rooms) apartment in Long Island City. The lease begins on March 25, and has the option to renew. The apartment is right next to the 7 train on the Vernon-Jackson stop (1 stop / 6 mins from Grand Central). We’ve been at this location for the last 3 years, it’s a phenomenal location.
A little bit about me: I’m 26, and have lived in the city for the last four years. I work in-person in the city throughout the week so the apartment is fairly empty. I would love to be friends with my roommate;
I’m a pretty chill guy and equally love exploring the city, checking out new restaurants etc or staying at home playing some FIFA ⚽
I’m super clean, and really value having a calm, respectful, and clean shared space.
