The laundry room and bathroom is shared with another mature & professional adult. Common area of use is the kitchen and there is a laundry available with washer and dryer as well. The room has plenty of privacy & has a closet. The unit includes all utilities, high speed internet, water, & electric (with a cap). Enjoy living in South Florida.
