I'm a low-key biomedical research professional that is currently working from home 4 days a week. For the most part, I like to keep things clean and orderly and would prefer a roommate that would do the same in the shared areas. I’m fun-loving and easy to get along with. Overall, I’m quiet when at home – if I’m not working or sleeping, then I’m probably either doing chores or reading. I am respectful of others’ space and privacy and try to be as considerate as possible. I occasionally like to entertain but will always give notice of expected guests in advance. I do have a cat, Thunder, so you must be ok with a feline in the apartment! He acts more like a dog than anything and has been loved by everyone who has had the pleasure of meeting him. Unfortunately, he is much fonder of people than other animals so we cannot accept someone with a pet - sorry!

This is a newly upgraded 2BR 1BA ground-level unit in the Shadowridge Village Apartments complex. The complex is very close to the highway and has easy access to shopping but is still in a quiet residential area and situated next to a lovely park. Your bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished (living room furniture to be delivered in December!) with minimal extra storage space. The kitchen is fully stocked and available for your use. There is laundry on-site; additional amenities include a tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. The rent includes all utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash, parking, and high-speed internet) and students are welcomed! :)
