I have a vacant room upstairs in my 2x2 in the Heights. The house features all utilities paid with a washer and dryer and dishwasher.
The house is in the shared backyard of the landlord's property with parking and multiple entrances.
The total cost of staying is $1,725/mo, we would both be each paying $862.50 with another $862.50 due upon signing of the lease.
I have lived here since March and it has been really great living in this area. The house is super spacious and well lit during daylight hours.
