We are a young outgoing laid back group of artist in our late twenties. There are 4 bedrooms in the house and the room for rent is the Master Bedroom that has a private entrance and private bathroom. There is a guest house in the back yard that is separated by the pool and a female artist in her twenties lives back there. We are an easy going group looking for a roommate on a month to month basis but would love to find someone who plans to stay for a longer term.

The room has vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a kitchenette indulging a full size refrigerator, hotplate and microwave. The bathroom has double vessel sinks and jetted bathtub. The house has is laid back easy going vibe with three guys in there late 20's and a girl in her late 20's that lives in the back guest house.
