Hi, my name is Krystal, representing a household here:) Doing as we do in LA - building stability while simultaneously cultivating a creative career (music and film). We (at the house) are looking for a roommate. The room is in Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks adjacent. The monthly rent is $1101.40 and the room is available on July 1st. We have one other roommate besides me on this floor (male), whom you would share a bathroom with (just you and them), they are very easy-going, into writing/film, pokemon, and very respectful.
