My name is Josh and I’m looking for a roommate or housing situation for the month of December. I work at the anschutz medical campus as a Senior PRA. I play a lot of guitar, watch movies and play video games. I keep clean and am an okay cook. Message if you have a room available in a house, are looking for a sublet for an apartment or are just looking for an apartment and need a roommate to cut down on costs. Preferences:

Housing: 1 bedroom and 1 bath to myself ( do not message me if the bath is shared). I will require a bit of storage as I am coming from renting my own place

Rent: my max portion for a shared situation is $1100/month

Roommate: Male or female, 23 - 35 that keeps clean, is relatively quiet on weeknights ( as I will be) and doesn’t mind if I have people over somewhat frequently.

We will get along if: you enjoy music, movies, breweries, science, Stephen king novels, and doin stuff on the weekends.

We will not get along if you: eat my food, ( and it wasn’t agreed upon in advance), are not lgbtq friendly, if you have no storage for any of my things, and/or are always at home.
