Hey! My roommate is moving out in the beginning of June. I'm looking for someone to take over his part of the lease. No need to fill out an application or security deposit. Rent is $800 a month, utilities and Wifi included. I'm a super laid back and understanding person and I get along with almost anybody. I'm mostly a homebody so you got someone to hold it down at the apartment. I'm located about 10 minutes from downtown Phoenix and right off I-10 so getting around is super easy.
