Courtney R - $1,600/month

Hi! My name is Courtney, my friends call me Court! I just graduated with my Bachelors and am returning to NYC, on my own this time. I will be teaching biology at a high school in Harlem (!!!) and am looking for a place and/or awesome person to live (with). I currently live in a shared housing situation (and have since my first year of college), so I am very used to sharing common spaces. As a roommate, I tend to keep to myself in my room at times, and just chill in the kitchen/common area at others. I would love to get along well with my roommate, though, and maybe hang out or at least just be comfortable co-habitating shared spaces :) I would love a roommate who has a vibrant lifestyle, perhaps some fun hobbies, but also someone who is down to veg out after a long day. Ideal living arrangement would be my own private bedroom and access to shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc. :)
