All I need is a generally quiet place to live & work with a Wi-Fi or an equivalent connection to work remotely from home. I'm quiet, I respect another's property. I rarely cook. I wash no more than 2 loads of laundry a week, sometimes less. I clean after myself, I have small refrigerators & a coffee pot that I'd like to keep on hand. . There are no boyfriends/friends or family I entertain at my apt. At this time I do not have a car but I plan to asap. To sum up, I just want to work & be quiet, take care of myself
