Seeking female roommate

First things first. This house is not in park hill. It is just east of park hill. I f'd something up when I was making my profile and can't fix it 🤦🏼‍♀️.

I'm working really hard to find roommates that will help foster a kind and loving environment. I want a welcoming home to return home to at the end of every work day. I don't want awkwardness in my home. I have been meeting people in person for coffee or lunch before inviting them to the house to make sure that they will also assist in fostering a welcoming home environment.

I didn't realize the location of this house was so awesome when I bought the house. I can get to most things within 25 minutes or less: Rino, highlands, Englewood, South Broadway, all the way to even Westminster. I usually make it to downtown in ~15 minutes with the exception of rush hour. I'm like 5 minutes to anschutz, Lowry, and Stanley marketplace. Super easy access to lots of grocery stores. The address is listed as Aurora, but it's basically Denver. It's only a few blocks outside of the Denver boundary and pretty much everywhere I go to has a Denver address.

I have a room available for $800/month. It's a west facing room with lots of great daylight. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Dogs ok on approval. I also have a garage spot available for $50
