The room is half of a 2bdrm/2bath unit, just under 1000 sq ft.
The bedroom is the bigger of the two, and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The common spaces currently have furnishings (large TV, dinner table, couch, etc.), an in-unit washer/dryer, all appliances, and a small balcony. The unit also has central heating and AC.
There is a small gym, pool, jacuzzi, and extra laundry room on-site. Parking is a tandem spot in a covered, gated garage under the building. Utilities are extra (except internet) and shared equally between us.
The apartment building is within walking/biking distance of The Paseo, Old Town, Lake Avenue, Playhouse District, PCC, CalTech, and ArtCenter College of Design.
Room can come semi-furnished if desired.
