Personal & Financial Overview
I currently earn $2,160 per week working double shifts, which is more than enough to cover rent on my own. However, I’m actively looking for a roommate—not out of necessity, but because I want to build my credit and save as much as I can during this time.
Background & Current Situation
I recently moved from New York to Buckhead to live with my girlfriend, who was already based here. I also moved here to attend college, where I’m currently studying to become an Aviation Maintenance Technician.
After arriving, I was unemployed for about two months but eventually secured a server position at a restaurant right across the street. Just one week into the job, I discovered that my girlfriend had been unfaithful—with someone from her apartment complex, where she also works as a leasing consultant. Ironically, this happened the same day I was supposed to sign the lease and officially move in with her.
Given the situation, I made the difficult but necessary decision to remove myself from that environment. I knew I needed to stay focused on my goals—working and continuing my education—and being around someone disloyal wasn’t going to help me get there.
What I’m Looking For in a Roommate
I’m looking for a responsible, clean, and understanding roommate—someone who values teamwork and is also trying to grow personally and financially. Life can throw a lot at us, and I want to share space with someone who understands that and is equally committed to building a stable future.
| My maximum monthly budget | 1,500 |
| Move in Date | May 2025 |
| Lease Duration | 1 Year |
| Age | 19 |
| Occupation | Real Tacos |
| Pets | Dog |
| Hometown | Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic |
| Education | Aviation Maintenance Technician |
We think Daniel would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
