The unit is a 3 story townhouse on the Miami River in "The Ivy".
The apartment is ~1300sqft & fully furnished.
Floor to ceiling glass windows span two stories of the apartment.
On the first floor there is a living room along with an in-home theater room with reclining seats.
On the second floor there are both the master and regular bedrooms.
The third floor opens up to a private rooftop terrace with a wrap around outdoor couch, astroturf, cornhole, grill, TV, etc. Great views of the Miami River & Brickell at night.
Preferred move-in date is September 1st but in the right situation I can extend that to be anytime before October 1st.
