Furnished Room in a Quiet Neighborhood

This is a 14* 11 room on the second floor of a 2439 sq ft house with a total of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The second floor has a bathroom, a gym (treadmill and stationary bike with weights and TV) and a small office room. I only go up there for my gym and at times the office. There is a pool outside as well. Parking is on the street in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and I know all neighbors well.

I have a Texas Heeler that at first is standoff-ish but loves people. I also have a turtle in my office. I am slowly renovating the house. The price includes internet and streaming services. Will split electricity and water. I do not have cable but the TVs have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and HBO.

I am seeking someone put together, and nice. Would like to be friends if possible. Will do 6 to 12-month leases. If it is less, please contact me.
