November 1st lease takeover in east Hollywood

Looking for a roomate!!!
Hi everybody, my name is lyum and I'm looking for someone to move into my 2 bed 1 bath apartment to replace my current roomate on the lease. November 1st move in.
It's a cute ground floor 2 bedroom in east hollywood off of melrose, with assigned gated parking, central al c, dishwasher, and laundry on site. You would be taking over my current room, which is about 8'x8' with a huge walk in closet. My queen size bed fits with ample room for other furniture. The room is $1425. Nice natural lighting and huge living room not living up to its potential rn decoration wise. I have a pole that's usually set up but not in the pictures below.
A little about me:
I'm 25, I have two cats (Jasper and shriek), I work as a nanny and am also in a band (practice is held elsewhere).
Must be comfortable with signing lease, be comfortable with cats but have no pets of your own (sorry). I'm sober but i don't mind there being alcohol or weed in the house. just no hard dr*gs please.
My ideal roomate is clean, respectful, and has good boundaries.
