I currently live in Manhattan and have been here since Nov. ‘23 (moved from Baltimore, MD). I work in the Financial District so I’d like to find a place near there. I do work fairly early during the weekdays so I tend to try and turn in early as well. I’ve been more of a homebody lately (staying in) but I do like going out once in a while and try to explore more of the city on the weekends. I have a long distance partner who will likely visit me often - he loves the city. Also, I have a lot of friends that live out of state who I’d like to be able to host if they come to visit (not expecting as frequently as my partner). My room may not be as clean but I’m always respectful of shared spaces and keep those tidy. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly. Looking for a respectful roommate who doesn’t necessarily have to be my best friend but is someone who I can socialize and get along with :)
