HOUSE SHARE, NOT an entire house. And definitely NOT an entire apartment.

Please read: Looking for ONE female housemate to SHARE single-family home. Private entrance basement room with shared kitchen and bath. Private parking, fenced-in yard, dog friendly. Heat, electric and wi-fi included. Some storage space but not an entire house or apartment worth.

No smoking and no drugs, please, inside or outside the home. Must love dogs.

Furniture shown can be removed or used but is a good representation of what amount of furniture can fit in the space. Will come with a tea kettle and mini fridge.

Dogs must have vax records and flea/tick medication. Dogs require a meet and greet to ensure compatibility with resident dog, unless your dog is the size of a cat and can live in the room with you (room has access to fenced yard).

Please write with details of your situation, any questions you have, and note that you will have to provide references, first months rent and security and give 30 days' notice to leave with the return of the security deposit.

Utilities are included: wifi, electric, heat, hot water.
