$850 Room for summer sublet in Boulder

I love the house, I have yet to find a house this size for this price in Boulder. The entire floor with the three bedrooms is newly carpeted. And the room for summer has new hardwood. The owners are really cool and nice and even come over anytime we need anything fixed or replaced. The kitchen is my favorite place as well as our back deck where we have an outdoor couch and some chairs that are nice to sit in during the summer or even when it's nice out. There are some pictures but if you would like more just lmk!

I am hoping to go back home for the summer and was looking for someone to sublet my room. I have attached pictures of the entire house as well as my room! It is the Blue one.

I am able to leave my bed frame or even a mattress if needed as well as my desk!

There are 4 other girls here, 3 of them are hockey players and are very nice and outgoing.

Rent is $850

Electric is usually around $40

Internet is $17

Water and Garbage the owners pay for!
