✨Seeking 3rd roomie to move into 3 bd/3 br house in Decatur in August✨

We will vibe if you love dogs (both our are hypoallergenic), are great at communication, are an emotionally intelligent human who considers the feelings of others, and are generally open-minded.
We are an LGBTQ+ friendly, totally inclusive household and expect the same of our future roomie.
We have a 3 bed/3 br house in Decatur with a big backyard and are looking for a third roomie to move into our basement room. You get a private bathroom, private bedroom with outside access, access to a communal workspace downstairs, access to the laundry room downstairs, and, of course, access to the entire upstairs communal space including a large kitchen, dining room, and living room with a tv projector. We also have a nice patio a grill!
Must LOVE dogs but can’t have your own (we have two already). Would be great if you are occasionally willing to let the dogs out, but ultimately, they are our responsibility
We are busy law students. We do like to keep it clean but understand it’s not going to be perfectly tidy at all times. It would be best to live with someone who shares that understanding. (Ex. Dishes cleaned up within 24 hours, but it’s okay to leave a book or something on the counter for a few days because we all get busy).
We are not crazy partiers with people constantly coming in and out, but we are known for throwing the occasional rager on birthdays and special occasions.
We would love to meet you and make sure you are a good vibe so please feel free to reach out. Preference for grad students, but other young professionals who understand the demands of grad/law school okay. No undergrads.

Neatness preference: somewhere in the middle
Visitors: Okay with notice and not for extended period of time.
Communication preference: Open, honest, and in person. Occasional texts are okay.
