I am renting master bedroom with master bath and walk-in closet. Fully furnished shared kitchen and living area with owner. Specific rules will be applied. Preferred tenant would be a professional with job and personal references. I would consider monthly rental to a traveling, nurse or professional no pets please I have two small dogs and a cat who are very friendly and lovable so you must love pets as well. I’m a single gay male very liberal democrat. My house is kept clean beautiful outdoor area to sit and enjoy nature preserve behind house. Very quiet neighborhood great for biking walking next to the legacy trail. The tenant would have use of washer and dryer high speed Wi-Fi split utilities with a small $500 deposit $250 which is non-returnable as a cleaning fee. A six month lease would be required with 45 days notice to move out if month-to-month I would require a $100 cleaning deposit upon moving in. More information to be given.
