Weekends are social, I’m usually out with friends exploring Boston spots, so the place stays peaceful then. I travel for work about once a month (just 2-3 days), giving you some extra space.

Clean, respectful of shared spaces, no overnight guests often, and I’m all about mutual respect, happy to sync on chores or schedules. Active guy (gym, runs, golfing), but chill at home.
