Hi, I offer a Den that has a full-size bed, closet, and everything else included. It is separated by a large curtain from the living room. I moved the TV to my room so there is no need for me to spend time in the living room. It’s a 650 square foot 1-bedoom apartment with a Den. That means there will be some interaction with me especially when, I use the kitchen from 8-9pm or on Sundays while I stay mostly indoors.
I am in search of someone reliable, respectful, organized, and somehow clean. My lease expires the first week in February 2024. I think if you’re used to roommates or are in the military you will be able to save some money and stay in a safe environment. I have no problem if you like to party just open the door, take the elevator down, and in a couple of blocks you will be in the Gaslamp.

I have a Den available as part of a 1BDR+Den arrangement. It includes utilities, WIFI, gym, pool, washer/dryer, and is furnished. It’s not big but near all transportation in the Gaslamp/East Village area. Perfect for students or transitioning people that are ok with a smaller place and save money in the process.
If you are honest, clean, and very responsible with the space you are a winner. About me, I go to the gym 6/week and only there for cooking, shower, sleeping. I moved the TV to my master bedroom so there is no need for me to spend time in the living room. I prefer a non-smoker and definitely no partying in the apartment. The Gaslamp and bars are only a couple blocks away––so have fun there.
