I have a 4 bedroom townhome with 2 rooms for rent, either one room for one adult or two rooms for an adult and a child. These two rooms share a bathroom upstairs. My daughter's room is upstairs but she uses my bathroom downstairs.

I am a single mom to a vivacious 6-year-old girl and share 50/50 custody with her dad. My daughter is not always at home.

I work from home 2 days a week but other than that, I'm usually at the office or at my partner's house. I don't mind pets--I have a dog door in the kitchen that goes out to the "yard" (it is a tiny fenced-in area). Pets are ok as long as you clean up after them and they are good with kids.

The neighborhood includes a pool, a dog park, and a greenspace to go on walks.

I'm pretty social with a sense of humor, but don't mind keeping to myself if that's not your thing.

I would prefer a female roommate with or without a child. Open to other arrangements.
