Hello Everyone!

I grew up on the beach, out east on Long Island, and moved to Astoria, Queens - 12 years ago.

I was sharing a two bedroom with a roommate when the pandemic hit. So, I rented my own one bedroom apartment.

We all might know how it feels to be rent poor, and I need to remedy that now :)

Looking for a new home for myself and my bike! I am chill, fun, very upbeat, and pay on time each month.

I work two jobs away from the apartment. I am clean, quiet, and respectful.

Prefer kind of a simple situation renting a true two bedroom with one other person and both of us being on the lease with the landlord aware.

New York City is amazing and I don't see myself going anywhere else soon!
