I am a professional female (only looking for a place for me). I work in security and am stationed at Expedia in Seattle. I would like to live closer to work, preferably within walking or cycling distance.

I have rented my current space for over three years. I am responsible ( always pay rent in advance), considerate, quiet and like to keep common areas clean.

I enjoy gardening, good food, cooking, and being active. Due to an injury I have recently taken up yoga- less impact on the joints- so it would be preferred to have a large room or an area where this could be acceptable. I am rarely home since I stay pretty busy, but when I am home I like to watch movies, read, listen to music with headphones or work in the garden.

I do have some houseplants and require a room with natural light.
