looking for a roommate preferably a female that has a large room they are renting available for immediate move-in.
The room does not need to be furnished, I do not smoke, I’m very clean and would like to share the main common areas like the kitchen, living room and bathroom. My budget is $850-900 for the monthly rent but that can be negotiated and would like to chat virtually, if by phone first with the other tenant/potential roommate to discuss the requirements/moving expenses etc and if it’s a potential option for us both then I would like to schedule a time/date to meet the other tehant/potential roommate in-person to get to know them better and take a look at the apartment.

traveling is second nature for me it’s a way to become well-rounded. Learn more about the world , people , food , culture , and myself.. While I do enjoy traveling and helping people . I also like to sit still and enjoy quiet time and places .
I’m ambivert, organized ,yet at times need to get unorganized so that I have something to organize lol .
I’m courteous, kind, hard working, flexible, adaptable and would openly communicate regularly with the other tenant/potential roommate about work schedules, daily goals/routines, expectations/rules etc.
