I'm old and pretty much get off work, go to the gym, watch TV m-f. The weekends I like to have some refreshing beverages and relax. I go fishing and camping during the summer and hibernate in the winter. Pretty normal 40yo male. The room for rent is actually a full basement with living room, stove, sink, bathroom, and bedroom. The washer and dryer are also located here. There's also a space for a full refrigerator. There is a back entrance as well. The back yard is 2.5 acres with a fire pit and garden. I usually take the 2 dogs out the back door in the basement but if this were an issue it's no issue to take them out the front and around to the back.
