Available Room for Rent

Room Available! Partner and I looking for a 3rd roommate.

3B/2B 3rd floor 1300ish sq foot apartment, with your choice of the 11’0x11’8 room or the 11’11x10’10 room. You’ll have your own bathroom, the option to share a living room space with us or have your own, and complete use of the large balcony. Covered parking is free and we’re a very short walk to the pool/fitness/mail area. In unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, and fridge with an ice maker. Water is included in the rent and you pay through a portal. All other utilities and wifi are under my partner’s name, so we just venmo them when rent is due or include that amount in what we pay to the complex so they’re paying less. Right across from the Domain and a short drive away from HEB and other restaurants! 20ish minutes or less (depending on traffic) away from downtown. We also have a few spare pieces of furniture if you need! A full-sized white bed frame and a full sized gently used mattress. Maintenance is pretty quick to handle things, appliances haven’t broken, and aside from the occasional little dog yapping outside it’s usually pretty quiet around here.
