23, from Raleigh originally, moved down to FSU for school and just wrapped up my MBA. Heading to Chicago in a few weeks for a sales gig in Fulton Market, brand new to the city so I'm excited to actually get out and explore it.

Grew up golfing and wrestling, also love cooking, hanging out with friends, having a good time, going out. love sports in general, and always looking to catch a game and hop on the Chicago bandwagon. Was also in a fraternity in college, so I'm used to living with people and making friends quickly, overall just an easygoing guy who gets along with pretty much everyone. Always down to grab a beer and check out the city since I don't know it well yet, and I'm definitely down to go out and have a good time on the weekends. Social smoker, no big deal either way.

I keep things clean and respect shared space, just a normal easy guy to live with. Looking to find a place starting September 1, down for a good vibe living together, and always open to making new friends since I'm starting fresh in the city.

No strong preference on neighborhood right now, though I'd lean toward being closer to downtown if possible, not against further north either. Budget-wise looking at $1400 or less. Don't mind pets at all.
