I am seeking a roommate to share the cost of a two bed, one bath apartment in Rogers Park. The apartment itself has lots of storage space, is a first floor unit, and has radiator heating. Internet is reliable and fast, and the walls are generally sound proof. Laundry is located in the building just down the hall. I’m sorry, but no pets; and unfortunately the building has no parking. The unit is located at the Granville Apartments, just off the Granville Red line stop, and has an Aldi very close, and a Target and Whole Foods within walking distance Loyola University is also close by, and the street is quiet and conveniently located. Street parking is typically available nearby.
