Samia N - $1,500/month

I graduated last year from college and moved to NYC last fall. My current lease is up July 31st and am looking to move somewhere more affordable due to the rent increase in my current lease. I love cooking (especially for roommates!), hiking, fitness, and photography. I have one young cat who I'll be bringing with me. I'm looking for a roommate(s) who's also a new/fairly new young professional and interested in exploring the city together, being friends, and having a fun time! I enjoy going out to restaurants and bars, but also make a good balance for work. My work is in midtown Manhattan but I'm open to living anywhere that isn't too bad of a commute! I'm originally from Southern California, so still a bit unfamiliar with NYC but excited to explore and get to know the city. Willing to be flexible with location as well!! My main priorities in a roommate are shared levels of cleanliness (I'm fairly clean but can be be disorganized sometimes, i.e. leaving a jacket on a chair or something), open communication, and mutual effort to create a respectful/happy living space.
