I have a room for rent in a 3/1 walk up in Lincoln Square, free laundry in basement. $800+utilities, comes out to ~$1000/month, $925 deposit. I work from home so the 3rd and smallest bedroom is an office/shared art space. I’d love to be friends and hang out but i also respect space and privacy.
