Hello :) Mid-40s, active professional who just moved to NYC to join a startup in the Flatiron looking for a roommate with an open room.

About me:
LA is home, but I joined m a tech startup based in the Flatiron in October. I treated an Airbnb for the first few months to get started. Now I’m looking for an open room or sublet. I work out of our office during the week and travel pretty often for work and to get back to LA.

I’m an easy going ambivert. I'm conscientious and respectful of shared spaces. I'm a non-smoker. I take my shoes off at the door and I know how to keep a home clean :)

In my free time, I enjoy restaurants, museums, music, and leading an active life. I love running, biking, working out, and frankly, anything outside. If you want to grab a bite, go to an event, or do something active together once in a while, that would be awesome.

Locations: I'm open. Drawn to neighborhoods near the Flatiron for quick commutes to work and near Central Park for good running loops.
