I’m personable and friendly, I love art and music. My first masters is an MFA in poetry, so I could talk about language and literature for days. Kind and considerate communication is important to me. Shared housing is shared, and I want to feel comfortable and at home around the people I live with. That includes everyone being understanding of each other. Looking for a friendly, responsible, fun-loving, clean roommate for our sweet abode. About us… I’m Leah, a 34 year old, she/they, queer gal, graduate student in therapy, poet, dancer (think modern dance, not poles), extravert, lover of wine and charcuterie. Will is a 33 year old, he/him, tattoo artist, musician, cool guy vibes but a sweetie, with a witty sense of humor and a decadent shoe collection, lover of karaoke.
We like to host for some holidays like Thanksgiving, dinner parties, and hangs on occasion, but keep ourselves pretty busy most of the time with work and friends out of the house. Looking to have a warm and welcoming household that feels like home, where we are all respectful of sound and space, but also feel comfortable spreading out a bit and having the people we love over.
The house is a beautifully well-kept Craftsman, with a big front porch, sizable back yard, big kitchen with new appliances (including a dishwasher!), high ceilings, and lots of big windows! It’s an ideal location, beautiful neighborhood, super central, 5 min walk from Laurelhurst park/ cool cafes/bars/groceries!
We already have two kitties and sadly cannot take in any more pets.
