Long time Chef here that has transitioned into the Distribution side of the business. Love, Love, Love GREAT food and I love sharing it with GREAT company. I like to grow some of my own produce, herbs, and a few fruits as well. Pretty quiet when it comes to staying in. My family lives in Raleigh, so I visit them regularly. I have plenty of outdoor cooking apparatuses, and throughouly enjoy using them. I am a fan of the NC coastline and frequent the Beach as often as I can.
The room I have is the entire Upstairs portion of my house. Kind of like your own Loft. It includes a very spacious Living Room, a work area for a Desk, a Master Bead & Bath. There is a door that leads to the upstairs so privacy can be ultimately respected.
The neighborhood has a community pool, and gym. It is located within short distance of Downtown Clayton, or access to 440, 40, 64, & 540 for any access areas needed within the Triangle.

The entire upstairs of the house is for Rent. A very spacious Living Room, a work area, Bedroom and attached Bathroom. Door for ultimate privacy (if needed). double garage, fenced in back yard, screen in back porch, beautiful garden, with small pond. As a tenant, you will have access to the community pool, and gym (golf course is a possibility that I need to look into).
Neighborhood is very quiet, calm and peaceful.
