looking for someone to rent a new place with as soon as possible (id be open to look together and i also have a realtor who can help) who:

1. keeps shared places clean
2. pays rent on time
3, would be down to co-host the occasional kickback/game night/etc.
4. i can be friends/cool with (we dont have to be *best* friends)
5. can communicate if there are issues
6. isnt loud or rowdy
7. is considerate and easygoing
8. doesnt always have people hanging/staying over (occasionally is fine but frequently may annoy)
9. doesnt smoke (tobacco)

id also prefer:

1. one black female roommate, around 25-29
2. separate bathrooms
3. to live in quiet area/not to live in the city (prefer surrounding places)
4. long-term lease
5. a place with an in-unit W/D, good closet space and updated space
