You can get the closet, bed, and mattress for only $800. Condition is like brand new, or you can install your own, totally up to you.
The unit is ground floor so super easy to move in especially if you buy the bed, closet, and mattress from my previous roommate. And the laundry unit is so close to the apartment since it’s also ground floor.
This apartment is close to everything you can think of, LCBO, grocery stores, bars, food spots, street cars, bus stops, Subway station.
Looking for a clean and friendly roommate like me, male or female no issues. As long as respect is mutual.
