Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment at Eastwood Greene in East Nashville. It’s a quiet neighborhood and has a pool/gym. I’ve lived here for a year and love it! Available now, but I’m flexible on move in dates. Rent is $850 plus utilities. The lease ends at the end of April, but you would technically be subleasing. It can be renewed also.

I’m 25 years old, work at a museum during the week and freelance as a jingle producer on the side. I keep to myself mostly and am a considerate roommate. Please message me if you think it’s a good fit!
