Lease transfer for 1/5 bedrooms (co-ed) with 2 bath available for ASAP until 03/24. Located in Bedstuy. There will be a dog. Rent is $1000 util no more than $75 pp. room has firescape and small closet with a lot of vertical space. Could probably fit a full bed and desk there comfortably. Bathroom has bidet and tub and large sink. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, water filter, and firescape and the entire apt has a lot of light on both floors. Basement has laundry and there’s 3 grocery stores, 2 dollar stores, and 2 laundromats within 2 blocks. There’s also many cute cafes to work and meet people from. very close to HVK and G/A/J/C.
