I'm an K-5 elementary teacher. I'm pretty chill and laid back. I like to go out every once and a while but for the most part I'm a homebody. I go to school part time as well and work a side job at a nursing home. I'm a total work-a-holic.
As far as my property, all I ask is if you keep your area cleaned (bathroom) and carpets in your bedroom kept clean. Common areas need to be kept clean as well. I'm a pretty flexible person. If you have a dog, I ask them to be crated when you're not home. My dog is not allowed on any furniture and I wish the same for yours.
