Hello, My name is Quintin Archer and I'm in the process of purchasing my first house! Its a very exciting journey yet alittle nerve racking due to the vast knowledge I'm taking in everyday. I work with security downtown and I finally made enough to make a purchase on a home.
However, I will be having a 2 story house 2000sq+ house with about 4 rooms available to choose from. 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs with on each side of the house. There is 3 full restrooms so there should be a good amount of room for privacy.
I have yet to close on the home so it should be available around September. Its a brand new build and Looking forward to soon furnish the home. I'm looking for a reliable, easy going tenet to inhabit the space and to help assist on the mortgage.
