Room for Rent - Koreatown in Albany Park

I am looking to rent out one private bedroom at my apartment in the Albany Park neighborhood. I am renting out a 155-ft² bedroom, which includes one north-facing window and a 2’8”x 3'6" closet.

The monthly rent is $430. Utilities are charged separately and split evenly between 4 total roommates. This includes cooking/heating gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, and water cooler delivery service. Each of us contributes an additional $10 per month alongside utility payments to supply the apartment with shared necessities such as paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc. Utilities fluctuate but generally average around $85 per person every month. $525 would be due upon signing the rental agreement.

I am seeking a quiet, employed, trustworthy, and responsible individual who is punctual with bills, clean and organized, and respectful of others and their property. I am looking for someone to stay a minimum of 6 months. We are 3 gay males seeking an individual who is LGBTQ+ friendly.

The apartment is within walking distance of the Brown Line and major bus routes, plus a diverse variety of local restaurants, grocery stores, laundromats, and independent businesses.

Please note that I have an apartment cat. No pets are allowed.
