I have a room available in a shared 3500 sq ft artist studio in the middle of Chelsea. Like having your own studio in the middle of Manhattan, great sunlight, wood floors, AC included and building heat. The roommates are fantastic, only the kitchen and bathroom are shared. Very safe, close to Whole Foods, the ACE and several quintessential NYC attractions. I will not be taking my furniture with me, so the furniture can be purchased with the room at a much lower price. The move in date has some flexibility, could be earlier, so please just inquire. Mature female applicants only please. This space is shared and respect is a must!
