We live on the edge of Evans and Augusta right around the best of both towns! We are minutes away from several grocery stores, gas stations, and fast foods for quick bites to eat. Located right down the road from both River Watch and Washington Rd, you'll have access to get to anywhere in Evans/Augusta/North Augusta with ease!

The room is a part of a 3-bedroom/3 bath townhome with an open floorplan, cozy and decorated! Each bedroom has closet space, storage in their bathrooms, great air conditioning/heating, and the kitchen features brand new appliances never used before us moving in (plus all of our shared smaller appliances)! Pets currently live here, but will not be when you move in.

We have a shared space living room and dining room used for everyone to relax, eat, and hang out to have fun nights as a household!
